Special Olympic Swim Team practices for the remainder of 202-23 will be held on: (Swimmers can attend any time during these time frames, please a family member or other volunteer along to be in the water with the swimmer)

• October 21st, 8 – 10 am
• November 18th, 8 – 9 am
• December 9th, 8 – 9 am

Practice will resume on January 27th and be held every Saturday until the regional meet on March 23rd. At that time only the swimmers that have qualified for the regional meet will swim until May.

Practice times will be:

• 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. for independent swimmers.
• 10:30 – 11 a.m. for Level A swimmers (swimmers that need aid to swim).

**We are asking that Level A swimmers bring someone with them to act as their aid in the water until we are able to get more volunteers.

Things to bring:

• One-piece swimsuit
• Goggles (if needed)
• Towel

All participants must be YMCA members, per Y of the USA rules; scholarships are available if needed.
