Registration is now open for the Summer Session of iAthlete (May 23rd through August 8th). More information, including cost and registration forms, can be found on the iAthlete page.
Summer Burn Challenge
Join our Summer Burn Challenge! Pick up challenge card #1 at the front desk, each card has 20 boxes… 5 boxes need to be initialed by a group exercise instructor, the other 15 are your choice between either a group exercise class or a workout in the wellness room (if you choose wellness room the front desk staff will initial your card after your workout). When you get the first card filled out, leave it at the front desk with your name on it and pick up card #2. You have until the end of July to get both cards filled… all those that fill up both cards will receive a free t-shirt! Challenge begins June 1st… get your card today!!
THE Y WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAY, JULY 4TH IN OBSERVANCE OF INDEPENDENCE DAY. Those with fob cards will have access to the Wellness room.
Congratulations to this year’s Corporate Challenge winning team! Our city workers know how to get the job done…these guys lost a combined total of 92 lbs and 11.8% body fat. Way to go guys!! The total combined amount of pounds lost by the whole group of challengers was 1,097 lbs which averages to 13 lbs per person.
The Y would like to congratulate everyone on their success and hard work!
