Healthy Meals 4 One are Here!
4one8 Restaurant has brought us Healthy Meals 4 One! Healthy Meals 4 One includes single serving sized breakfasts, snacks and entrees. All of these healthy meals will be low-carb, compliant with Dr. Ruiz’ Healthwise program and available to anyone in our community – you don’t have to be a Y member! Stop at the Y to pick out a meal or snack from our grab-n-go fridge located in the lobby or ask the front desk for a menu and order form. Order forms will be picked up on Saturday and Tuesday evenings. Meal deliveries will be on Mondays and Thursdays. Basketball Training and Conditioning
The Y is excited to announce that Logan Dorn will be offering basketball training to youth of all ages here at the Y! Head to the Youth Sports page for more information!
Schedule has been posted to the Youth Sports page. If you’re unsure of which team your child is on, call the front desk and the staff will help you with that!

When school’s out, it’s time to relax, decompress, and have fun with friends. Yet taking a break from school does not mean kids’ development is on vacation. Summertime at the Y focuses on the three key drivers of impact that inspire healthy youth development journeys: achievement, relationships and belonging.
Through Y summer programs, the social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development of all youth are nurtured and celebrated, resulting in the BEST SUMMER EVER.

Did You Know?
New Members are welcome to set up a free appointment with our Wellness Coordinator and get a detailed description of our group exercise classes. We will also go over your own goals and look at your personal schedule to print off a calendar of classes and workout ideas that work for YOU and help you meet those goals. This free “personalized exercise prescription” will include a follow up and see what changes need to be made to keep you moving towards those goals!
