Registration for Fall Sports to include Flag Football, Soccer and Volleyball!

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!
Regular 45-minute classes are:
- Tuesdays at 5:30 pm
- Thursdays at 10:15 am
- Fridays at 12:15 pm
- Every 2nd & 4th Saturday at 9:15 am
Space in this class is limited, you will need to call the Y up to 24 hours in advance of the class to reserve your spot.

Calling all runners! Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a new runner or you’re someone that is aspiring to run, we are here to help you get up get up and move (and expand your medal collection!). More information available on the Health and Fitness page.
We will begin observing our Summer Hours on Tuesday, May 26th. Hours of operation will be:
Monday through Thursday: 5 a m – 9 pm
Friday: 5 am – 7 pm
Saturday: 7 am – 4 pm
Sunday : 1 pm – 4 pm
Monday & Wednesday 5:30 am – 8:45 pm
Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 am – 8:00 pm
Friday: 5:30 am – 6:30 pm
Saturday: 7:30 am – 11 am and 1 pm – 3:30 pm
Sunday: 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm
These hours will be in effect until Labor Day.
